Me and my friends are going to San Diego to attend an event next month. I called and talked with Riza first and few other staff helped me about my inquiries. The customer service is superb! They are all very helpful answering all my questions on what are the type of documents that they need me for renting their vehicle. I will recommend this company to my friends once they're in San Diego and need car rentals.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm still waiting for my security deposit. This is the strangest car rental place. It is SO sketchy; I would never recommend it. They gave me a car that almost took my life. The brakes went to the floor right away, and the car wouldn't stop in the middle of the highway. I was so scared for my life, and a truck almost hit us. We immediately called back, and one agent who was nice said he would wait for us to come back. However, the other agent Vince who gave us the car originally just sat back and did nothing. He looked straight at us and said, "I drove it the other day; it was fine." I told him that the car almost took my life, and you're trying to tell me that what just happened and whatever is wrong with your car is not a big deal? Then they gave us another junky replacement, which was still better but made so much noise and had almost 300,000 miles. Horrible but better. The check engine light was on for this one too immediately. I got so nervous but kept it going. I brought the car back perfectly, with a full tank of gas, and cleaned it, but they STILL haven't returned my security deposit when the guy said it would be sent the same day. I've been waiting since last month. Please be aware and don't risk your life and money for this!
